Park Policies and Rules

We want your stay to be both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire with park staff. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules and notifications

Rock Point RV Park does not have showers or bathrooms at this time.  Self contained RV's only

  • Check-In: Check-in after 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.

  • Check-Out: Check-out 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night.

  • Late Checkout: Additional charge of $5 per hour after checkout time available with park approval. 

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be strictly enforced and are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

  • Vehicles: All vehicles including RV's are subject to inspection prior to occupying a site at the park and must be model year 2006 or newer. Older models can be allowed after inspection by park staff. All RV's and other vehicles shall be kept clean and well maintained. We will not allow shoddy looking RV’s or vehicles. RV’s and other vehicles must be parked head in/or head out only. No sideways parking.

  • Tents: No tents allowed

  • Occupancy: 6 guests per site. $5.00 each per night for every additional guest

  • Vehicles: A maximum of 2 vehicles per site (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite) Day or night guest vehicles must park in designated guest parking area. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent site(s). The speed limit is 5 MPH. A $5.00 charge will apply for additional vehicles over 2.

  • Visitors: Visitors are to park in the visitors parking area of the park located near the park entrance at the Red Barn.

  • Children: Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children and do not allow children to play in the roadway. (Children allowed for daily rentals only)

  • Pets Allowed: (2 Pets allowed)

  • Pets: (All pets must be registered at check in with the Campground Office) Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up and disposed of by the pet owner. See ORS Statute 609.095  

  • Garbage: Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage and doggy bags in sealed plastic bags in the park dumpsters.

  • Cigarette Butts: Please do not throw butts or trash on the ground. We ask that you deposit them in an appropriate container.

  • Fire Pits: Fire pits are allowed but they must be inspected by park staff prior to use.

  • Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

  • After hours emergencies please call 911. For other matters contact the On Site Park Manager or Host.

 

Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside a personal camping vehicle is not permitted on the property. RV Park closes certain sites and areas of the Campground for landscaping and maintenance throughout the season.
